The   2018 Winter Paralympics commonly known as the 2018 PyeongChang Paralympics, will be an international winter multi-sport event for athletes with disabilities that is scheduled to be held in Pyeongchang County, Gangwon Province, South Korea, from 9 to 18 March 2018, as governed by the International Paralympic Committee (IPC). They will be the first Winter Paralympics held in South Korea.


Bandabi, the mascot of the PyeongChang 2018 Paralympic Winter Games took its motif from the Asiatic black bear.
