The first Athletics World Cup 2018 is taking place between 14 and 15 July 2018 - the same weekend as football's World Cup final in Russia and the Wimbledon tennis finals.

There are eight countries Top Athletics are competing against each other, Great Britain, USA, South Africa, Poland, Germany, Jamaica, France, China.
There is Only Top 1 male and 1 Female athletes will compete each other in all Track & Field events up to 1500 m.
To mark 100 years since British women were given the right to vote, the first edition of the event will see all nations select a female athlete as team captain.

The eight nations will seek prize money of $2m (£1.42m) over two-night sessions at London Stadium.
